This article introduces research findings that have been exposed at first partially in a national event with the objective of learning if the conflicts taking place in school institutions in the municipality of Cáceres require the presence of the Military Police in their daily life. This study was carried out with consultation in documental sources, internet pages of state and local newspapers, official internet pages of the government of Mato Grosso state and quantitative data from the Military Police about police occurrences and calls made by schools from the state system of Cáceres. The main manifestations that have occurred inside and in the surroundings of the schools are characterized based on the following authors: Aquino (1998); Camporez (2018) and Zaluar (1997). There is not a background of widespread violence in the schools of Mato Grosso let alone in the teaching state system of Cáceres that enforces the presence of the military police in the schools.
