This article is a result of the research activities done in association with four Universitys from South Brazil, in which an investigation was developed about teacher constitution to teach Mathematics in Basic Education. This text presents a broader research focus, analyzing the Teaching Plans (TP) from Mathematics curricular component. It is aimed to answer the following questions: which discourses about Mathematics education are expressed in Teaching Plans in a Pedagogy course between 2011 and 2016? In which ways the discourses about Mathematics Education are present in those Teaching Plans? It is argued that the Teaching Plans constitute and are constituted by trails of truth discourses' that produce effects in teachers' formation to teach math in basic school. In the end of the article, some trails of the discourses present in the Teaching Plans were delineated: constructivist approaches, marked by Piagetian theories, the schoolar mathematics' as the main reference for the formation of primary teachers and the detachment between theory and praxis.
