This study has as its thematic focus the search for solutions to fulfill the promised democracy, high urgency education and the democratic-inclusive school, which converge towards a research object: inclusive school. Therefore, it aims to understand the inclusive school, the place where the necessary education is committed to the expected democracy. Based on a literature review and author's researches, it presents aspects of effective educational inclusion. The study concluded that if the school practices educational inclusion, strategies of action, projects and social interaction humanize, because the school actors establish mutual dialogues that consider individual singularities.
