This article, cut out from a Master’s degree dissertation, was supported by Coordenação de Aperfeiçoamento de Pessoal de Ensino Superior - CAPES - and the Fundação de Amparo à Pesquisa do Rio Grande do Sul - FAPERGS -. The dissertation “Gender Practices at Univates’ Curriculum: an archival perspective and inmoral”, started from the question: in which way the Universidade do Vale do Taquari - Univates’ curriculum hás been performing gender practices? At the referred article, whose archivist-genealogical approach, by oneside, the studies of Michel Foucault (2009; 2013) around the archive notion and, by the other side, the gender performativity notion, by Judith Butler (2017). The gender practices archive from Universidade do Vale do Taquari - Univates was produced in a localized way, and it took the documents generated by the institution as conditions of possibility in order to enable the emerge of the gender practices. It stands out that such practices were only possible at a space-time in which there are several conflicts/disputes around the relevant affirmative policies towards this section. As for results, nine gender practices were exhibit at the investigated institution, which present a tensioning process of the gender performativity.
