In thiswork, weapproachedtheDiscourseTheoryof Ernesto LaclauandChantalMouffetointerpret, in a discursiveway, thepublicpolicydocumentestablishedbytheBrazilianMinistryofEducation, whichformedtheNational Common Curriculum Base. Ourgoalwastoanalyzethe position ofthePhilosophy in thefieldofHumanSciencesthrough a discursivereadingof BNCC. Therefore, weidentifythemeaningsthatthetextofthe Common Base employsbothPhilosophyandtoHumansciences, relatingsuchmeaningstoreachanalyticalphase. Thus, themethodologyfocusedon a documentanalysisofthe BNCC andrelateddocuments. The resultsachieveddemonstratethatthereis a movementofdevaluationoftheHumanitiesandalmost a total silencingofPhilosophy in thetextofthe Common Base.
