This article deals with a very widespread subject nowadays: Inclusive Education. In this research, it is the work of the Center for Assistance to People with Specific Needs (NAPNE) within the Federal Institute of Education, Science and Technology of the TriânguloMineiro (IFTM) that was the subject of scientific investigation. The research with this nucleus took place in the second half of 2021, on the occasion of a broader investigation, as it was a doctoral thesis, which covered all servers linked to the educational process on all IFTM Campi. NAPNE is consolidated in the nine Campi of the institution and it was about its performance in the face of inclusive education that the report took place. It is a documental and field research, where the representatives of each NAPNE, in each Campus were willing to collaborate. It aimed to: identify NAPNE and its work within the IFTM; to know their actions with teachers, students with specific needs, with disabilities, pervasive developmental disorders (PDG) and high abilities/overcrowding (AH/SD) and representatives of normality and the school community as a whole. Thus, it became evident that the actions of NAPNE significantly collaborate so that the teaching-learning process of students with disabilities, TGD and AH/SD is efficient.
