Subsequently, it was investigated how the inclusion policies are in these countries and from that, it was sought to verify if the official documents of the policy in Brazil allow the practice to be developed in the country. Through this research, it was identified that the implementation of Collaborative Teaching is feasible in some countries, such as the United States and Italy, due to the support of current legislation, in addition to the resources available in each country.
