The present work reports an experience in teaching, with a group of students in Management, in the discipline of Organizational Psychology. Classes involving Art included the theme “Creativity”. The task was addressed by the use, via Power Point, of twelve works - paintings on canvas that had people working. Twelve different artists, from twelve different countries - including Brazil - at different times, were exposed and worked on. The step by step of this approach, the reflections and evaluation of that experience are outlined here and discussed, so the reader be encouraged to use the Art as a tool to motivate students to the complex, but pleasurable, task of meeting with academics in everyday classroom.
