This paper aims to describe/analyze the process of producing an event as a context for the constitution of alternatives for the training/learning of teaching among peers. The text is divided into three parts: initially, it presents the collective of teachers who organized the event and describes the learning processes in that context; in the sequence points out the reflections and actions that preceded its materialization; finally, return to the event properly, in order to highlight the opening table as a flagship scene for the theme of teacher training (and knowledge).
