The development of the Brazilian sportive and administrative Paralympics is related to the evolution of the Brazilian Paralympic Committee. Due to the transformation in the organizational structure, environment and strategy of the entity between 1996 - 2016, the organization has made it possible to build up a virtuous cycle of stability. This study aimed at characterizing the CPB professionalization organizational process and investigated how this process is inserted in institution. An analysis of three CPB organizational dimensions: environment, strategy, structure was made. This is a qualitative study to triangulate the data obtained through, a bibliographic and documentary review was developed. The results showed that the CPB organizational structure is characterized by a professional manner.
