Plural societies require their members to deal with plurality in a conscious and responsible manner. This article discusses the question of what contribution physical education can make in order to build pluralism skills among students. As an answer, reference is made to the didactic concept of an open-experience physical education, in the center of which is dialogue or the development of the ability to act in dialogue. Based on this objective, four dialog concepts are discussed: 1. The dialogue concept with reference to Paulo Freire; 2. Education understood as self-education; 3. The dialogical movement concept; 4. The dialectical-dialogical connection of theory and practice in the sense of reflexive physical education
