For this purpose, the research is constituted as qualitative of the participant type, where the procedures for data collection were, namely, filming and participant observation. While for the analysis, we subsidized the content analysis technique. The data results pointed out that the teaching of Chinese games in Physical Education classes significantly contributed to students acquiring knowledge of other cultures, and in the process, also developing cognitive and motor skills through their practice. With this, we conclude that the presence of these games in the school environment favors the intercultural formation of a critical subject who is knowledgeable about other contexts and cultures.
