The work analyzes the way how the Physical Education academic-scientific productions have discussed make-believe games in the Children’s Education context, identifying the basic authors, areas of expertise and the main concepts that subsidize such productions. It is a bibliographic research, of the State of knowledge type, which used as sources the Thesis and Dissertation Catalogue and Capes’ Periodical Portal. The study corpus is constituted of 15 productions. The basic authors who were mobilized by Physical Education to discuss the make-believe playful activities within Children’s Education are: Vygotsky, Piaget, Benjamin, Merleau-Ponty, Corsaro and Certeau. Through the concepts postulated by those authors, the productions analyzed aim at acknowledging and valuing the children’s agencies, their authorships and cultural productions regarding the experiences established with the make-believe games inside the Children’s Education context.
