The change in the attention model happened in the last years, in which a broader conception of health was taken, brought not just a reform in the services but also the necessity to create mechanisms that consequently sought to qualify professionals committed to the social reality. The main objective of this work is to analyze the historical- anthropological construction of knowledge about the body in relation to the biomedical model in the range of qualification of physical therapist, of the Londrina State University. The focus of the analysis will be both the curricula from 1992 and those of 2006, such as the discourses of the teachers involved in this curricular reform.
