The purpose of this evaluation is to analyse some of François Quesnay’ works in the light of the early 18th century and its social and policy context in France in that period. We will also talk about the ideas proposed by Quesnay in education and his efforts to the social transformation at that time. Based upon contemporary education authors’ researches, we will present a brief Quesnays’ over view in the education process which can be applied to evaluating the man, the french society, the public policies and the history of the workers movement were all of them in accordance with his ideal of life? In a peculiar way Quesnay was representative in the 18th century which ideas concerning the transformation of the common man and world was part of the main route of physiocracy. From a theoretical point of view something was ending and something was beginning in this period.
