The following text intends to present a public political proposal for the training of the teaching staff, understanding much more than the intellectual and cognitive aspects on training the teaching staff. The expressions: “Politicized Citizenship” and “Mystical Leadership Training” used during the reflections intend to help to realize that the present proposal earns a particular and very new position in the educational environment. Both expressions are conceived and described as a new face in regard to the formation and public policies to which everybody are invited to look at when the intention is to establish a personal formation process and management on education. In the whole text it is possible to realize that a consistent educational policy of the teaching staff demands much more than simple transmission of knowledge and tends necessarily to the opening of a new manner of seeing the educational system as an instrument that forms integrated and integrators citizens. During the educational process and professional exercise, more than store house of contents, the educators need to be considered and treated as individuals more than professionals. The integrator core of the proposal is founded on the social teaching of the Catholic Church and its participation in the education and formation of the citizen in his function as trainer and educator.
