We consider to argue, with the present article, the inclusion of pupils with educational necessities special in the regular nets of education considering the advances and the impasses front to the qualification of the professionals of the referring area to the evaluation. So, we investigated which the true purpose of the evaluation and as this comes being applied to the educational practices in the regular nets of education, has observed that, although the progress in the reduction of the inaqualities, still remains substantial differences between the human beings that survive the teaching and the apprenticeship in the schools and that this fact has repercussions in the evaluation processes. Moreover, we could evidence that the concepts and methodological proceedings, traditionally used to insert pupils with some type of special necessity in the regular nets, reveals inadequate for these and neither they help the professors to perceive the relevance of the inclusion. Our conclusions point to the fact of which the inclusion is usually to be marked by the discontinuity, due to attempt of balance and harmonization of the pedagogic relations between the different actors who are wrapped in this process, which turns out to be in an increase in value centered on the productive and reproductive capacities that are socially attributed to they that it defines a behavior - apprenticeship waited.
