Resumen

The paper analyses the Brazilian legislation that provides the legal basis of the politics of formation of teachers as of the theory of the communicative acting of Habermas. He demonstrates how this legislation is the fruit of plots, interests and normative agreements, and how it is permeated of contradictions. So it is possible to interfere that the different courses of licentiateship try to put into practice such legislation. On the other hand, one has to have the conscience that in order to transform those legal devices in goals to achieve concrete aims, it is necessary to imbue the curricula and programs of the different courses of formation of the very legal devices.
