Addressing characteristics as High Skills/Giftedness and Learning Disabilities requires the researcher to reflect the challenge of relational form on the implications for teaching these students that show. This article addressed the relationship that, from a case study of a 12 year old boy who had both features, starting with a qualitative research tool and a structured interview conducted with the student and their teacher in second half of 2010. The most significant results of the research are related to the perception of the different expressions that intelligence of students with High Skills/Giftedness can take that and encouraged in the classroom can be qualifying their learning.
