This article discussed possibilities of aesthetic education, taking for sampling museums available on the Internet at Brazilian domain (.br). The goal was to understand how the experiences of students of Graduation in Visual Arts, with virtual museums, interfere in their formation processes and possibilities of aesthetic education is present in these spaces. The research is characterized as action research. The data were collected on a course attended by 11 undergraduate students. The meetings were recorded on audio of reflexive dialogs and written records in forums and e-portfolios. The analyses pointed out that the concepts of virtual museums are permeated by presential practices and there is a range of possibilities of aesthetic education in virtual museums.
