We start from the understanding that the teaching of art is a carrier of formative possibilities because its original originating way of being is essentially the dialogue way of being. This is why the formation and aesthetic relationship of art teachers working in the São Miguel do Oeste/SC SDR's coverage are is questioned. The theoretical arguments are based on Philosophical Hermeneutics which questions the aesthetic distinctions and comprehend the being with temporality, the human as a work under construction. The answers of empirical research indicate understandings bit cleared on the aesthetic experience itself and its relationship with the formation. The answers also call the aesthetic experience as ethic formation. We conclude that a formation that goes beyond the aesthetic distinction and comprehend deeply the aesthetic experience and formation is needed.
