Resumen

PASSEGGI, Maria da Conceição. Narratives of experience in training research: from the epistemic subject to the biographical subject. Roteiro. UNOESC [online]. 2016, vol.41, n.1, pp.67-86. ISSN 2177-6059.  https://doi.org/10.18593/r.v41i1.9267.

We discuss narratives of experience as instruments in Training Research. We begin with the notion of the epistemic subject and the subject empirical as propitious concepts within the area of biographicalization. Experience constitutes the central concept of Training Research with the use of narratives. We conceive the biographical subject using the notions of biographical capital, biographic learning, and biographical memory. These notions help us understand that training is a life-long process that includes all areas of life. We analyze autobiographic memories and open ended (narrative) interviews. The conclusions of this research outline an epistemology for the biographical subject that weaves through the narratives of experience, reason and emotion, the public and private, the disempowering and the empowering.

Palabras clave : Autobiographical Narratives; Experience; Biographical Subject; Reflexivity.
