Abstract

This article fits in the field of teacher's formation history. Search the forma tion from what formers consider being the best training to themselves and for each other. This came analytical is part of the (auto) biographical search field, now gro wing in Brazil, and seeks to give voice to the teacher and their formative stories. This article also reflects about the itself project and teacher's formation from five teachers forming narrative biographies of the Technical Course in State College Magisterium of João Netto de Campos, established in Catalão - GO, in 1970. We used the Life Sto ries methodology, through educacional biographies. The data collection was through semi-structured interviews and written memorials. We note that despite the fact of be coming a teacher, in some case; appear as a haphazard result, motivated by external forces, there is an intentionality, a character of awareness about the profession, when the teacher gives a sense for himself and for life.
