This study aims to discuss the ages of research in the perspective of collaborative networks in in higher education, focusing on academic mobility programs. It is a theoretical research, of bibliographic character, that considers the different discourses of the society to produce and to diffuse knowledge in environments from global to local culture. The results signaled that the constant social changes, the accelerated pace of technologies and the labor market demand the supply of projects that go beyond the processes of production of knowledge based on the disciplinarity and decontextualization of the curriculums of the postgraduate. Academic mobility programs are essential actions to raise masters and doctorates, as well as strengthen networks in national and international research ages. The public power would contemplate the interest of society, adjusting results, values and actions for the promotion of inclusion, equity and culture in investigation collaborative networks.
