The present study looked for answer to the following question: Is there researches that approach about the teacher training for children´s education in the distance modality? The survey had as source the CAPES Journal Portal, with the following criteria: period 2010-2016; that contained the research theme; and the key words - teacher training, child education and distance education. The results from this survey revealed that continuing education for teachers that works with child education and early education is more common, so Pedagogy course appears less during this investigation period, which has the task, at the graduation level, of attending training for teaching in children's education and in the distance modality, is the course that has the most enrollments among undergraduate degrees.
