Abstract

Based on the analysis of the process of discussing educational policies, having as reference the Common National Curriculum for Teacher Education - Resolution CNE / CP nº 02/2019, the study seeks to identify the content of the proposals for teacher education and present elements of another training project in an emancipatory perspective. The study is justified by the understanding that, in each concrete social formation, different projects are developed for the school institution, which correspond to different conceptions of teacher, sometimes to meet the demands of the dominant social and productive system, sometimes as a constituent element of counter-hegemonic proposal of society that aims to reverse capitalist social relations and, more specifically, existing pedagogical projects. The methodology used was the bibliographic study based on the categorical analysis, based on authors who

study the theme, such as Anfope (2008); L.C Freitas (1995); Marx (1989); Curado Silva (2011, 2017). The work points to the need to reveal the nature of the teacher training proposals present in the official documents, contributing to the strengthening of a teacher training project as an intellectual committed to a process of transformation of the existing society.
