The Mais Educação Program created by the Lula government in 2007 with the objective of promoting the integral education of students by supporting socio-educational activities and expanding the daily educational journey, carried with it different conceptions of social and school justice. By observing some of its assumptions, it was possible to identify conceptions aligned with the principles of justice demanded by the policies of cultural recognition, economic redistribution and political representation. Thus, the purpose of this article was to analyze the conceptions of justice that directly or indirectly involved the Mais Educação Program from the perspective of Nancy Fraser's three-dimensional theory through a documentary survey and bibliographic review.
