This paper analyses the participation of Private Hegemonic Apparatus on the construction of consensus over the implementation of BNCC and its articulation to keep hegemony. It is part of the first analyses of the research “The BNCC on the control of public education: neoliberal mechanisms to stop emancipatory educational perspectives”, carried out by Autonomy and Diversity Network on Public Education - REDAP, under the coordination of State University of Bahia - UNEB, Federal University of Alagoas - UFAL and Federal University of Bahia - UFBA. It is a matrix research, on a qualitative approach, seeking to understand the effects of BNCC over public education. For methodological procedures, it has been used literature review and gathering of information from websites and platforms from foundations and institutions, mainly the websites of Todos pela Educação and Movimento pela Base. The research method é the Dialectical Historical Materialism on a gramscian perspective, from the categories of hegemony, consensus and Private Hegemonic Apparatus - PHA. Preliminary data have pointed out the PHA constitute a network of different actions over the management of education and over the continuous training of sectors related to school, inserting education under the approach of business world.
