The article proposes a reflection on some determinants present in the field of education, work and health that can range from the production of the subject emancipated and the production of authoritative subject. The main factor analysis is that in modernity is strength in breaking the hegemony of corporate technical paradigm that produces opposed to critical thinking. In this case, the problem of research is in the field of reflection on the fact that the educational practice to remove as intellectual activity. So is the need to understand the educational field as a place of production, and especially the clarification of the world view in which the subject lies aired. The objective is to expand the discussion of the means used and purposes, mainly the various techniques taught, as an educational element, but devoid of critical thinking. It has been hypothesized that the educator should take the intellectual position in order to criticize and innovate the use of the technique and its processes in the formation of the company in which the subject can take place in emancipation. The research methodology at work is part of a hermeneutic reading authors that support the analysis of the question of the subject emancipated in modernity. Key findings from the study is that the teacher should face each other in the intellectual position, trying to find vanishing points in this market model of society in which the techniques and processes are reified, making educational relations, and especially its contents as something meaningless.
