Abstract

DANNER, Leno Francisco; DANNER, Fernando; BAVARESCO, Agemir  and  DORRICO, Julie. The voice-práxis of the marginalized between aesthetics and politics: self-affirmation, resistance and struggle in times of strong institutionalism, scientism and systemic logic. Conjectura: filos. e Educ. [online]. 2019, vol.24, e019009.  Epub July 31, 2020. ISSN 2178-4612.  https://doi.org/10.18226/21784612.v24.e019009.

In the paper, we criticize the two requirements of the normative paradigm of modernity as condition of criticism, reflexivity and emancipation, that is, the epistemological rationalization of the subjects, practices and values as criterion for justification and validity, and the impartial, neutral, formal and impersonal proceduralism as praxis of the ethical-political foundation. We will argue that these two theoretical-practical requirements lead to two serious problems for a critical social theory and an emancipatory political praxis regarding modernization: first, the marginalized epistemological-political subjects by modernity (for example, Indians and Blacks) would have to abandon the carnality and linking to their context and their condition as victims of modernity as fundamental step to a critical perspective in relation to the modernity itself as authentic epistemological-moral universalism; second, an impartial, neutral, formal and impersonal political-methodological perspective conducts both to the apoliticity and depoliticization of the subjects of the foundation, and to the correlation of strong institutionalism, scientism and systemic logic, because, in this second case, only institutions and from a logical- technical dynamics have conditions to assume a social performance and framing from these requirements of impartiality, impersonality, neutrality and formalism. As alternative, we will point to the necessity of a political-politicizing, carnal and linked voice-praxis streamlined as aesthetic-political anarchism by the victims of modernization, which has as its starting point their condition of marginalization as their social and anthropological belonging as basis of self-affirmation, resistance and struggle, a kind of aesthetic-political anarchism which is defined for an anti-systemic, anti-institutionalism and anti-scientist, open, inclusive and participative democratic práxis.

Keywords : Modernization; Institutionalism; Systemic logic; Marginalized; Aesthetic-political anarchism.
