Abstract

BENTES, José Anchieta de Oliveira  and  SOUZA-BENTES, Rita de Nazareth. Dialogue, dialogism e dialogicity in Buber and Bakhtin and Freire: some observations. Conjectura: filos. e Educ. [online]. 2019, vol.24, e019017.  Epub July 31, 2020. ISSN 2178-4612.  https://doi.org/10.18226/21784612.v24.e019017.

Dialogue, dialogism and dialogicity are recurrent terms in innumerous theories. They orientate pedagogical practices, which seek a transformative education. In this article, one reflects on these terms considering the three theorists: Martin Buber, Mikhail Bakhtin and Paulo Freire. The main task is to analyze in the works of these philosophers the similarities and the differences. The point of interest concerns the assumption that there is a convergence between these authors. In this direction, the investment in researching about theses authors has, at the same time, two dimensions. The introspective, since it allows detecting, in their works, similarities and differences regarding the conception about the dialogue, and the prospective, once it makes room for the suggestion of indicatives related to a practice that meets the desires of a quality education, which can transform oppressive realities.

Keywords : Dialogue; Dialogism; Dialogicity.
