This work outlines a proposal for thinking of educational practices as humanization and difference. With this in mind, it puts in question that much knowledge about education come from elaboration processes that have little or no relation to educational practices. Therefore, in a critical task it should oppose to approaches that recognize ducation as an object of discourse from other sciences, and hence it should seek to overcome modern humanist conceptions to recognize education as a subject of research and production of certain subjectivity and identity. On the other hand, in a propositional task it will take educational practices as a subject of human formation, understanding humanization as an open concept whose definition cannot be described prior and outside of educational practices. As well as, it will support the human being condition of difference and or plurality, that is, it should be accepted that education is still a process to form individuals according to their potentialities and that their potentials are still being constructed during the educational process.
