Abstract

PASSINI, Mateus  and  BENJAMIN, Cássio. Vygotsky and the recognition theory. Conjectura: filos. e Educ. [online]. 2023, vol.28, e23005. ISSN 2178-4612.  https://doi.org/10.18226/21784612.v28.e023005.

This article aims to point out some relationships between Hegel's theory of recognition and Vygotsky's psychological theory. Here, two hypotheses will be presented. The first is that Vygotsky was deeply influenced by Hegel. A second hypothesis: the theoretical framework developed by Vygotsky is linked to the theoretical framework of recognition developed by Hegel. We will analyze some passages from the works of the two theorists that show the hypotheses raised.

Keywords : Recognition; Consciousness; Vygotsky; Hegel.
