The present work is based on the radical and inclusive focus of which, among other aspects, points out that there are certain concepts, considered radical, that are not socially in demand, despite the fact that their inclusion in education is key. This is the case of "love", a subject that is not usually taken into account, although its significant impact on our education can be inferred. From this perspective love is understood as the opposite of egocentrism and considers the importance of including these themes as a way of obtaining a full well-rounded education. Therefore, our work is focused on verifying the presence of this radical concept (love) in the educational legislation in force in Spain. The study is carried out using a methodology of document analysis, considering the regulations regarding the curricular development of Organic Law 3/2020 (LOMLOE) as well as its executions at the state level, using as units of analysis the word love and its derivatives. The analysis is carried out through quantitative techniques, recording the frequency of the presence of the concept in the Royal Decrees for which guidelines and minimum teaching standards are established, as well as in the documents derived from the subsequent development of these standards by the autonomous communities in different educational stages (Pre-school, Primary, Compulsory Secondary and High School). Likewise, attention was paid to the fields of knowledge where this term is present. The results of this study indicate that the state and regional curricular regulatory framework barely includes the concept of love. For this reason, this study reveals that issues related to love are not a priority in the documents analyzed, for which the need for the educational field to include the theme of love is essential in the educational curriculum of the different educational stages.
