The present work aims to identify how the historical aspects and the construction of physical knowledge, on the subject of Hubble's Law, are presented in the Textbooks approved by the National Program for Books and Teaching Material of 2018. As an instrument of analysis, a segment proposed by Tacla and other authors, which contains three other categories, in addition to this one. From the approved collections, just six of them presents the concepts about Hubble's Law were analyzed. In these collections, the historical questions are introductory to the study of the subject, indicating only the scientist and the Law. In general, they don’t motivate students in more reflective classes, in the understanding of dogma, belief system and scientific rationality and in valuing the internal aspects of scientific work.
