For such task, is used as methodological approach, quali-quantitative research, with the confection of survey questionnaires. The instrument’s final version possible after validations, adaptations and layout tests. As result, it was obtained an electronic questionnaire with 32 items of Likert scale responses and 1 dissertative question. These relate the four fundamental pillars of a CoP (mutual engagement, joint venture, shared repertoire and sense of identity and belonging) to eight school spaces constituted by a teaching collective. After the on-line application, in 2021, with teachers working in Basic Education, the questionnaire allowed identifying effectively school environments far from the formation of a CoP, getting close to one and strong constituents of one.
