The article deals with the Composition of Remuneration of Basic Education Teachers in the city of Vigia de Nazaré/PA in the period from 2009 to 2022, in order to analyze possible implications from the implementation of the National Professional Salary Floor Law for Basic Education Teachers (Lei do Piso Salarial Profissional Nacional do Magistério da Educação Básica - PSPN/2008, in Brazil) and consequent Law of the Floor of the Professionals of the Basic Education Teaching of the Municipality of Vigia de Nazaré/PA (PPM/2017). As a methodology, a documentary study was used, based on the analysis of national and municipal legislation on the subject, among them: Law nº. 136, of April 16, 2012 (PCCR/2012), Law nº 11.738, of July 16 of 2008 (PSPN/2008), Law nº 284, of February 13, 2017 (PPM/2017) and teachers' paychecks. It was found that the salary of higher education teachers was higher than the PSPN in the years 2009 to 2018 and with the implementation of the PPM/2017, the process of flattening the salary was observed in relation to the PSPN, being even lower in the years of 2019 to 2022.
