This research aimed to analyze the conditionalities imposed by the New Fundeb on education networks to receive supplementary resources from the Union and the programs, resulting from this imposition, proposed by the State Department of Education of Pará (SEDUC-PA) aiming to achieve educational results. This is a qualitative bibliographic and documentary study of this policy and the Bora Estudar and Escola que Transforma Programs. The analysis revealed that this policy is not new, it has been implemented in central capitalist countries and by other subnational entities of Brazil, it is based on a neoliberal matrix that requires the formation of an evaluating State. The programs resulting from this policy legitimize meritocratic criteria, articulating elements of evaluation, accountability and solid responsibility, high-stakes, distributing financial resources in the form of bonuses based on educational results
