Abstract

This text presents a study about an evaluation of learning at Intermediate Kindergarten, from a bibliographical approach of the conceptions of assessment described in official documents from the juridical perspective and approached by researchers of the theme such as Hoffmann (1993; 1994; 2012), Bassedas, Huguet and Solé (1999), Fernandes (2007), Rosemberg (2012) among others. It was observed the importance of mediating evaluation for the first phase of the basic Education, understanding it as a resource to have a broad view of the teaching and learning processes, as a support to develop students’ activities and to monitor how the students perform theirs learning, by recording their daily activities to improve and even to create new learning situations, along with the construction of a report with proposed activities that will be used to students’ development and to present to their parents and teachers.
