This article results from the formative and constitutive experiences of the doctoral research titled “Investigative Practices in the Formation of Future Mathematics Teachers”, defended in 2017.This research was carried out with the academics of the degree course in Mathematics, at Federal University of Manaus (UFAM) and took place during the course of Supervised Internship, through a group of studies and research. The analysis presents some reflections about the formative course of future Mathematics teachers, who, during the accomplishment of this discipline, has questioned: How do future Mathematics teachers see the schools and, how do they conceive their professional practices? In order to do so, we aim to: To know, from the formative paths, the perspectives of the future Mathematics teachers about the school environment and their future professional conduct. The text presents an introductory section, talking about the formative path of the author, with a view to the reflections present in the text. In the following sections, the theoretical aspects, the methodological paths under the aegis of collaborative research and the reflections scrutinized and based on the information gathered during the research process, are discussed, based on the formative paths of the participants of this study, subsidized by the reflective sessions. Regarding the results achieved, it was evidenced that the future teachers, in their reflections, highlight the difficulties that students spend in Basic Education and, therefore, in their future performance as teachers of Mathematics, look for other didactic and methodological ways to teach Math to their students.
