THE VISION OF THE PRECEPTORS ABOUT THE EXPERIENCE OF MULTIPROFESSIONAL RESIDENCE WITH FOCUS ON ORTHOPEDICS AND TRAUMATOLOGY IN THE MIDST OF AMAZON. Rev. The new constitution of the concept of health and health care based on the principles of universality, totality, equity, intersectionality, humanization of care and social participation proposed by the Unified Health System (SUS) have required the reformulation of the performance of the various actors that make up the framework of the attention to health so that user assistance is based on multiprofessional work. The research seeks to evaluate the perception about the process of teaching/ learning developed in the context of Orthopaedics and Traumatology between preceptors inserted in the Multiprofessional Health Residency in Integral Care in Traumatology and Orthopaedics. It is a quantitative, descriptive and cross-sectional study carried out with 29 preceptors through the application of a questionnaire formulated by the authors of the research. Data were treated in Microsoft Excel Office 2013 and Chi-square test in Bioestat 5.3 with p≤0.05. In the results, 72,4%; n=21 answered “No” when asked if they had access to the Political Pedagogical Project (PPP) and the portion of 93,1%; n=27 believe that the Residency is focused on strengthening SUS principles and guidelines. Therefore, the learning process of the Multiprofessional Residency has positive points as well as some gaps in its structure that can be minimized through the organization and interaction between the team involved in the program, so that teaching and learning can become an instrument of change in the provision of quality health to the community.
