Abstract

MELO, Ana Valéria Borges de Carvalho  and  GUEDES, Neide Cavalcante. THE SUPERVISED STAGE IN IFPI LICENSES: legal aspects and contexts of practice as formative activity. Rev. Exitus [online]. 2019, vol.9, n.4, pp.434-463.  Epub May 15, 2020. ISSN 2237-9460.  https://doi.org/10.24065/2237-9460.2019v9n4id1021.

The article aims to investigate at a first moment the regulatory milestones of the Internship in Brazil, through a historical retrospective of the laws that regulated the Curricular Internship from the chronological and temporal cut that goes from 1942 with the promulgation of the Organic Law of Teaching. Industrial until 2008 with the sanction of Law No. 11.788 which provides for the student internship, in order to understand the Internship vision contained in both the national legal texts and the institutional documents of the Federal Institute of Education, Science and Technology of the State of Piauí - IFPI. In the second moment we consider elements that permeate the context of the internship practice as a compulsory training activity and fundamental requirement to obtain the degree of licensing. The reflections of this work were made in the light of authors such as Pimenta (2005), Pimenta and Lima (2004), Piconez (2005), among others. The conclusions are directed to the understanding that in the practical relationship and internship an effort is made to incorporate the legislation in the discussions about the formation held by the scholars of this theme, seeking to overcome historical issues. Therefore, it is necessary to recognize the advances, especially when considering the practical dimension of all the disciplines that make up the curriculum.
