Abstract

SILVA, Josemar Farias da  and  BACAL DE OLIVEIRA, Selma Suely. THE PEDAGOGICAL IDEALS PRESENT IN TEACHER EDUCATION SUPPORTED BY PROUCA: a critical reflection. Rev. Exitus [online]. 2020, vol.10, e020069.  Epub Mar 30, 2022. ISSN 2237-9460.  https://doi.org/10.24065/2237-9460.2020v10n0id1262.

This paper is part of a master's study on the One Computer per Student Program (PROUCA). Bibliographical and documental in nature, the analysis of the documents comprising the research corpus was inspired by Socio-Historical Psychology, from where we understand educational policies as flows of discourses and clashes that take place in society, always against the background of a historically and culturally constructed social context. The analysis undertaken in the study was focused on teacher education developed under the PROUCA program. It allowed highlighting the neoliberal appropriations that occur in the educational field related to the use of computers, as well as the ideological affiliation of the pedagogical assumptions that support and advocate the increasing use of technologies in education and trainings supported by them.

Keywords : Technologies in Education; PROUCA; Socio-Historical Psychology.
