This study sought to analyze the emergence of entrepreneurship as a central axis in the formation of youth, adopted in educational reforms for secondary education in two states of The federation - Mato Grosso and Rio Grande do Sul, guided by the

Common National Curriculum Base (BNCC) and New High School. Such reforms alter the possibilities of integral and omnilateral education in high school and as basic education. Recent legislation on state entrepreneurship policies alters the public education project by pointing to a new educational ethos aimed at meeting the logic of unemployment, precariousness, robotization and uberization of work in the era of unproductive capital. In the methodological development we used bibliographical research and documental analysis.
