Among those who constitute the target audience of special education, it can be found children, youth and adults with autism, people with a peculiar way of being little known at school. In this context, particularities of people with autism regarding the methods of interaction and inclusion on social practices have been presented as one of the challenges to school professionals. Considering the results of studies pointing the role of playing in the child development, the present study aims to analyze the methods of interaction and inclusion in social practices by two identical twins children diagnosed with autism, during play activities in a university playroom. The analysis highlights some peculiarities in the modes of interaction of children with others and one with each other, considering the role of social relations in the emergence of superior psychological functions and playing as an important activities to the cultural development of the child, and point out the mediator role of adults in the expansion of the relation with objects and inclusion in a more structured play.
