This paper inquires the social movement for occupy public schools in the State of Sao Paulo from the Charles Tilly´s perspective on struggles between regimes and repertoires, that is: between claim-action of social movements versus political regime of State. The stages of such conflict is comprehended by the ethnographic analysis of the book Escolas de luta. Then, we will analyze the effect of such struggle on the online social media, particularly following the timeline of the Facebook’s page Escola de Luta Fernão Dias Paes. At the end, we will diagnose this movement as a message of the students: a social catalysis that move political meanings on the core of social life.
