This article reflects about the challenges and possibilities of time-community in formation of educators from camp, starting from the experience of the Pedagogy of Earth course, Taught by Bahia State University-UNEB/Department of Education/DEDC-X, Focusing in the organization of the course. It’s a documental research. Therefore, we collected data produced about experience, including reports of on-site monitoring from the development period of this course as coordinators and teachers of this course. We base this reflections in the theories proposed by authors who discuss the formation of educators from camp interacting with the agrarian issue and camp education: Antunes-Rocha (2010), Arroyo (2012), Antunes-Rocha et al (2012), Caldart (1997; 2000), Arroyo et al ( 2004), Camini (1998), Pizetta (1997; 2017) among others. From the systematization of data about experience, we verified that for carrying a cohesive and solid work in the grounds of Camp education, it’s necessary to create and recreate the practice from the challenges and the present reality. Data also show that there is a long way to advance to materialize a national education project that ensures camp and city workers objective conditions for full development of individuals and humankind.
