In this article, we intend to discuss the place of educators in the relationship with poor youngsters in a vocational training experience and to talk about other dimensions: of the researchers as from concepts from Institutional Analysis (LOURAU, 1993) as implication, intervention-research and field notebook. In the production of a “young worker mode” (FOUCAULT, 2002) the enunciations of educators are produced on the plane of universal representations about history (BENJAMIN, 1994), specifically of youngsters entering the Project, perceived either as “subjects of tutelage”, or “virtually dangerous”. To be detached others results: to behave oneself, way of speech, behavior with corporal hygiene.
