"is article brings part of a research in action developed at Faculdade de Formação de Professores -UERJ- with graduates, aiming at analyze processes of professional insertion as well as supporting their career engagement. "is work configures a device for the exchange of knowledge between university and basic school, bringing the opportunity that in this cultural complex circularity arise other expertises that can respond effectively to the challenges of a teacher training geared to the strengthening of practices that allow production of meaningful and emancipatory knowledges for teaching in action.
