Abstract The paper deals with the challenges of Law Act Nr. 10.639/03 to be implemented without changing the curriculums at Universities and College Centers of professional formation and without changing the streamline of formation at College Majors, keeping equality on dealing with the histories and cultures that shape the Brazilian nation. The mistakes on professional formation occur because College, traditionally, works with epistemological instruments of an eurocenter origin which are not capable of providing the necessary conditions for the country reality to be analyzed over all the dimensions.
